Homeopathy Celebrities on the couch: Professor Green, between shadow and light

This week the Undercover Homeopath analyses Professor Green's psychological profile according to homeopathy principles, and prescribes a homeopathic remedy.

He comes from a difficult background: he grew up in Hackney, a poor and crime ridden London borough. He was raised by his Nan to who is full of praise. He had a tense relationship with his father who eventually committed suicide a few years ago.

His classmates called him Professor Green: professor because of his bright mind, and green as an allusion to the Cannabis he sold.

He shot up to fame after a Freestyling session at a friend’s party – he won the competition even thought he had no previous experience.

His first single “Before I die” was a success, “Remedy”, “Monster” are also well known tracks, and his new album to be released on Monday “Never Be A Right Time ” is waited with anticipation by his fans.

Some of his video-clips are quite gruesome, such as “Before I die” where he appears to be hang from a strip of paper with black and white piano keys. He also appears to simulate sex in bed with a woman. Then we see him again as a third persona covered in blood, holding his own internal organs, and singing …

What is most staggering is the lack of emotional involvement from both him and his female partner throughout the clip.

It’s like throughout this horror scenario nothing really matters, it is of no consequence, and it is not really being experienced.

In real life, Professor Green has had a few dramatic exchanges with other rappers who resent his apparently effortless success.

But perhaps the most dramatic of the attacks he has suffered was when he was stabbed in the neck, on top the word “lucky” a tattoo he had done only a few days earlier. Lucky or unlucky? It is debatable, perhaps the attacker didn’t like the tattoo or didn’t believe in luck, but for Green it was certainly a close call!

Green used to suffer from sleep paralysis, I sense this has been supressed through drugs, but his subconscious tends to spill out through his artistic expression.

Professor Green homeopathic remedy is Stramonium:

Stramonium patients suffer from all sorts of sleep disturbances such as sleepwalking and sleep paralysis.

They can have a history of suicidal tendencies: in Green’s case, it was his dad’s demise,  but also a possibility in “Before I die”.

They have a very rich but conflicting subconscious which they try to supress once they mature.

As children they are less guarded: they are difficult children with conflicting emotions, often expressing themselves through tantrums, excusing their violent actions with imaginary characters: for them these can appear very real, instructing them to perform all sorts of violent acts.

Stramonium has been used to numb people, and to make them comply with other people’s wishes: there are narratives of this poison been used by many cultures throughout the world for these means.

Perhaps the most notorious is the Zombification of Haiti natives: they would be given a cocktail of Stramonium and a neurotoxin extracted from Puffer fish, this would induce dead like symptoms.

They were buried, but later dug up and “resuscitated” by the Zombie maker. In their confused state where the victim had seen themselves as dead and then brought to life, they were apathetic and less likely to resist when they were taken to plantations to work as slaves.

This homeopathic remedy is also indicated when the patient is afraid of the dark, but feels worst when exposed to light.

The Stramonium patient has a strong sexuality, Professor Green has made an interesting allusion to this: when asked which animal he would like to be, he replied: “Dolphin because they are the only other animal who has sex for fun”.

People who require Stramonium as a remedy tend to wear either black or white- Green often wears his trademark black with white stripe tracksuit, sometimes just the bottoms with a white T-Shirt.

For those patients who suffer from visual disturbances, black appears as green, which is interesting considering the Professor’s name...

Homeopathy Celebrities on the Couch: Rihanna, it's a lonely place down there...

Rihanna
Rihanna, By SandyRiri18

This week the Undercover Homeopath analyses Rhianna's psychological profile according to homeopathy principles, and prescribes a homeopathic remedy.

That awkward moment when chat show host Ellen DeGeneres realises she is interviewing one of RiRi's body parts...

Rihanna has been voted the sexiest woman alive

She is also one of the most successful singers, and since her career took off at the age of sixteen she’s been constantly in public view.

She had a traumatic upbringing, her parents separated when she was young. Her dad has a long history of addiction to both alcohol and cocaine. As a child she was a bit of tomboy, prefer to play amongst the boys then to be with girls. She suffered from debilitating headaches as a child.

She admits that her ideal man has to be aggressive, mysterious and very self-assured…

She’s been abused by the men in her life, and suffered a very public attack by former partner Chris Brown who left her excoriated, bruised and battered for all of us to see, after one of the couple rows went out of control.

On Twitter she is constantly talking about sex, and retweeting her fans lewd comments about her.

In her song Disturbia which was curiously written by Chris Brown for himself but later decided that the song didn’t suit him as it had a very feminine vibe and was more suited to Rihanna.  It speaks of mental confusion and identity crisis  of someone beeing intruded and invaded by someone or something stronger than them. The song is very suggestive of rape and of the mental confusion rape victims can go through afterwards.

There are also other interesting songs that replay this theme, not necessarily of actual rape, but of abusive sexual relationships.

Her album “Good girl gone bad” also plays up to the theme of someone who was innocent but has been corrupted.

In homeopathy the best known remedy for rape victims, and females who have been victims of sexual abuse is Staphysagria. It is also a main remedy for cystitis after intercourse: what it is sometimes called “Honeymoon cystitis”. It is also a remedy for head and eye injuries with severe headaches.

A patient needing Staphysagria, is excessively sexual, even lewd, and given to masturbate frequently. They become sex obsessed after the abuse they have sustained.

There is a guilty complex about the abuse itself, with the patient suffering from indignation about the way they have been treated by their abuser. However this anger is turn towards them for having allowed the attack to happen.

Their psychological coping mechanism is to become sexually corrupt, playing the initial traumatic sexual event, and re-inventing it by creating situations, or getting involved in relationships, that have the potential for further physical and sexual abuse.

In a way they feel this as a way of gaining control over of themselves: if they are the ones creating the opportunity for their own abuse to take place, at least they have some control over the situation.

Homeopathy Celebrities on the couch Justin Bieber growing up

Justin Bieber
Justin Bieber by Laugher=] ,Flckr

This week the Undercover Homeopath analyses Justin Bieber's psychological profile according to homeopathy principles, and prescribes a homeopathic remedy.

Justin Bieber's Homeopathic profile is
Kali Bromatum

Justin Bieber the teen R&B idol has provoked strong passions not only among his many fans but also amongst those who don’t appreciate his musical style.  It is fair to say that he is never going to be ignored, at least not by his generation: they either love him or hate him!

This is a characteristic of the Bromatum homeopathic remedy psychological profile. - Strong emotions that can boarder religious fanaticism.  Another very important characteristic of the remedy is guilt; mostly surrounding sexual issues… that and a sense of being constantly observed.

The Kali (Potassium) component of the remedy adds another dimension to the main theme: that of duty.  People who need Kali remedies at a psychological level are very work focused and duty bound, they have a conflict between their personal desires and what their duty is: with them, duty normally wins and often they find themselves having to sacrifice themselves, their wants and desires to their work - they consider this their duty!

In the case of Justin, we get a sense that he has indeed sacrificed his personal desires for his work.  What it started has a singing hobby with a few of his covers songs being posted on YouTube by his mother when he was a youngster, attracted the attention of a recording company and quickly he was catapulted into the lime light.  His innocent, childlike, spontaneous and effortless look of fresh youth inspired a marketing image of purity / virginity.  In a world where most stars are known for their raunchy, bad boy/ bad girl behavior, this is an image difficult to preserve.

He has been mocked throughout the Media for comments about wanting to wait for the right girl before he has sex.  Most of these comments however, came from his mum and from his management.  Last year he gladly associated himself with Kim Kardashian, even admitting on Twitter that she was his girlfriend. Rumors were quickly quashed by his managers but not before the fanatic fringe of his fans to profess their undying hate to the lucky lady…

Since then he has been pictured with girlfriend Selena Gomez, and they have started to even venture to some very tame public displays of affection, but this has again been carefully controlled by Bieber’s minders so not to erode the marketing image that has earned him millions.

This week he appears to be the target of another attack on this image by a woman claiming that he fathered her child on brief encounter backstage…

Bieber has been quick to reply that he has never met the woman and that he “maybe a target but never a victim.”

All of these personality traits and events lead on Kali Bromatum remedy.

It is incidentally the remedy for Acne which is a typical teenage affliction but also a sign of raging hormones, and of growing up!  I say don’t suppress Justin Bieber!  Allow him to grow up and to become a man - hey, give a bit of space!

Homeopathy Celebrities on the couch: Snoop Dogg, razzadazzle

Snoop Dogg
Snoop Dogg by ubgteam, Flickr
This week the Undercover Homeopath anylises Snoop Dogg's psychological profile according to Homeopathy principles, and prescribes a homeopathic remedy.

Snoop Dogg is more than just a famous rapper.  No matter what you think of his music or his lifestyle, moral and aesthetic values a side – he is a very talented guy!  He has come from humble beginnings, a difficult childhood blighted by his father’s abandonment, and associations with one of the best known criminal gangs of New York, charges of drugs possession and even of murder, although the last one was later cleared - to be a role model for millions of teenagers and young adults who come from a similar background to his.
What happens when Fluorine meets Nitricum?  Or should I rephrase that?  What happens when Snoop Dogg meets Ian Neale? The effect can be rather amusing and stimulating for both of them.  Snoop Dogg is not only a very talented rapper and a good comedian; he is also an astute business man who knows how to engage his audience and to make every one of his fans feel special.  His homeopathic constitutional remedy is Fluoric Acid, Ian Neale’s is one of the Nictricums, possibly Nitric Acid.
A few key notes on both and how these match what we know of both the Rapper and the Farmer.
Fluorica the key word is EXIBITIONISM. It is mostly a male remedy.  This is the remedy for Playboys – they are very concerned with all things superficial, their relationships lack depth they can even feel intimidated by their own family, and certainly bored with any long term relationship.  What they are good at is everything fast. Fast career ascension, fast cars, and fast women (preferably with long legs and big breasts).  Appearance is also very important as a symbol of their status and supremacy above anyone else, their appearance, the way they dress and the way they look is designed to show others their greatness.  The Fluoric Acid in particular has a great sense of humour which they normally vent in sex jokes.  One of the characteristics of this remedy is the speaking in staccato, just like a machine gun.
Physically this is a remedy for exhaustion, mainly kidney weakness due to sexual exhaustion.  People who need this remedy tend to suffer from muscle/skeletal diseases as they have flexibility complaints, these can be on both extremes – they are too flexible double jointed like; or extremely ridged.  They can problems with their teeth. The Fluorica type can be ADHD especially as a child or a teenager and then become totally exhausted in later life.  They are considered to be amoral, resorting to crime, if needed, in order to achieve their objective.  They are great at social interaction but they cannot sustain this at a deeper level.
We see many of these traits in Snoop Dogg.  His music style is a good example of the “like a machine gun speech” Fluoric Acid is known for. Although when not rapping he can actually sound quite relaxed and mellow – I guess this is a Cannabis effect, but it also shows the exhausted side of Fluoric Acid.
His entry on Wikipedia is larger than most, to include all his achievements, deliberately omitting anything less complementary.  Even the arrest for Cocaine possession and the reference to his past affiliation of a notorious gang are listed as badges of honour.
Snoop is in Europe and he’s surely being noticed!  He did his best to charm the Welsh people, wearing their football club’s shirt; getting familiar with the best traditional food places; praising fans directly such as the little girl who defended her mum when someone tried to take her purse, and inviting Ian Neale the ” Giant Veg Massive” as he called him, to his show to swap tips about vegetable growing.  All of this has been done in good spirits and effortlessly. He’s managed not only to promote himself and his show in Wales, but also to promote Marijuana by appearing in front of luxuriant Cannabis plants – and all with a great sense of humour.  His humour is normally focused on sex: after all the comments about the size of Neal’s cucumbers, and how the ladies must’ve been proud of him,  we have this week been treated to Snoop’s photos surrounded by Playboy bunnies – just to remind us that Snoop dominates in that area too…
Snoop started from humble and difficult beginnings – and we can sense that the absence of his father was never totally healed.  Life in the Crips gang mustn’t been easy, nor the jail stints – but he has made it, he is a success story that most of us can all but dream of – I mean, you only have to look at the number of Followers in his Twitter account to see this!  Moral and aesthetic values aside, he is a very talented guy who knows how to communicate with his audience!
Nitricum Acid
The key word is EXPANSION. These patients have a concern with close spaces and constriction which they cannot tolerate!  They prefer large spaces, ideally open air.  They enjoy the good things in life, and they tend to exaggerate everything - they surely know how to tell a story, and they are the ones to come up with the best fisherman's tales, although these may not necessarily be wrong since they really have a gift for "BIG".  Do you remember the granddad in "Big Fish" the movie? That's right - a Nitricum!
Nitrate is used in farming for stimulating the growing of vegetables. But they can also be quite moralistic and critical of others.
Although we don’t have the complete portrait of Ian Neale to be able to do an in depth psychological analysis, we can see some of the key elements of the remedy:  he is a farmer, and an expert at growing oversized vegetables – it all started thirty years ago for a bet with a friend on who would grow the biggest onion – Nitricum people are very competitive, although the Fluorica are the real gamblers!
Ian handed Snoop a pack of Root Grow, Snoop Dogg tried to share a joint with him but he says he only had a puff as he didn’t like it. Mr Neale says that Snoop might be worth $100,000,000 but that he is aiming to grow a 100b sued next year, and that he will do it without any drugs just with legal substances.  Good luck, we definitely need some more dedicated farmers like him!
